We are seeking a friendly, solution-oriented Online Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through digital channels—primarily live chat, email, and social media. Your goal is to resolve issues efficiently, provide helpful product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through chat, email, and social platforms.

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.

Guide customers through processes, troubleshoot problems, and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or help desk tools.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support when needed.

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and changes in procedures.

Monitor and manage multiple conversations across platforms in real-time.

Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to help improve products and services.

Previous experience in a customer service, online support, or chat support role.

Excellent written communication skills and a professional online presence.

Strong multitasking skills—able to manage several chats or emails simultaneously.

Tech-savvy with a good understanding of web-based tools and support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar.

High attention to detail, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

Dependable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment.

Experience handling customer support for e-commerce, SaaS, or subscription-based products.

Familiarity with social media platforms and responding to customer inquiries publicly or privately.

Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
