Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and responsive Live Chat Customer Representative to provide real-time support to customers via live chat. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service—entirely through written communication.

Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries

Guide users through product features, services, or troubleshooting steps

Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all chat interactions

Record and update customer interactions in the system

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Strong written communication and multitasking skills

Ability to type quickly and accurately

Previous experience in customer support or live chat preferred

Familiarity with CRM and chat platforms

Self-motivated with a reliable internet connection (for remote roles)
