Location: Remote (Canada-based)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to customers across Canada. In this role, you’ll respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally

  • Provide information on products, services, and policies

  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask in a remote work environment

  • Proficient with basic computer systems and tools

  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
