We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsive Email Support Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you’ll assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information—entirely through email communication. Your goal is to ensure a smooth, helpful, and timely customer experience.
