We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction through email, chat, and phone support. Your focus will be on delivering timely, accurate, and friendly service that enhances the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone

  • Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and professionally

  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex problems

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

  • Prior customer service experience preferred

  • Comfortable using customer support software and tools

  • Reliable internet connection (for remote roles)
