We’re looking for a friendly and efficient Online Chat Agent to handle live chat support for customers. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product or service information, all through chat. Ideal for someone with strong written communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat

Provide accurate information and resolve issues quickly

Qualifications:
