Job Title: Remote Data Entry Specialist – TD

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Department: Data Operations / Administrative Support
Reports To: Data Manager or Department Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into internal systems and databases
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Organize and maintain digital records in accordance with company policies
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong typing skills (50+ WPM preferred) with high accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Familiarity with data entry software and CRM systems is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience working in a financial or corporate environment (if related to TD Bank)
Knowledge of data privacy practices and regulations
Basic knowledge of spreadsheet formulas and data formatting

Working Conditions:

Fully remote with flexible scheduling
Must have reliable internet connection and home office setup
Occasional virtual meetings and team check-ins
