Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Social Media Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers across various social media platforms, providing assistance, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through social media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Monitor company mentions, comments, and direct messages to address customer concerns.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and positive tone in all communications.

  • Track and report recurring issues, trends, and customer feedback.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and messaging tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage several conversations simultaneously.

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy even in challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or social media management is a plus.

  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and digital etiquette.

  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.

Work Schedule:
Flexible hours; may include some evenings, weekends, or holidays based on customer activity.

Compensation:
Hourly rate or per-task payment depending on the assignment. Specific details will be provided during the hiring process.
