We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to input and manage data accurately and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include entering information into databases, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data from source documents into digital systems
Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized and up-to-date records
Perform regular backups and file data securely
Communicate with team members to clarify data and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Previous data entry experience is a plus
Reliable internet connection (for remote roles)
