Position Summary:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join the TD team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems with high accuracy.

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and validating information before inputting it into systems.

  • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and well-organized.

  • Perform regular data audits to identify errors or inconsistencies and correct them in a timely manner.

  • Assist in generating data reports and summaries for internal use.

  • Work with team members to ensure data entry processes and workflows are followed.

  • Communicate with relevant departments to obtain or clarify missing information.

  • Ensure that all data is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with data privacy policies.

  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in an administrative/clerical role.

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40–50 WPM preferred) with a high level of accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic database software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data appropriately.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Comfortable working with digital systems and navigating through different software platforms.

  • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM systems or data entry software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Access).

  • Familiarity with financial data entry or knowledge of banking systems (if specific to TD Bank or a financial department).

  • Experience working with large datasets and generating reports.

  • Basic understanding of data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

  • Bilingual skills are a plus, depending on the customer base or department requirements.
