Job Description

Brainhunter is currently seeking "Business Support Analyst" to work for our valued Client. This is a six-month contract opportunity with potential to extend.

Our prestigious retail client is looking for a Business Support Analyst. This is hybrid role and requires the successful candidate to be in office 4 days a week in Downtown Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaison with stakeholders for process improvement, reporting and incident management
Make improvements to existing processes for reactive and proactive order management
Provide and implement strategic forward-thinking recommendations and solutions
Work within Zendesk to improve documentation and reporting
On call required outside of core hours for in cases of incident management
