Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Technology Strategy and Transformation Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Leading and managing project teams
• Identifying and addressing client needs
• Helping others think critically and sharing complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing
• Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks; researching and analyzing pertinent clients, industries, and technical matters by utilizing problem-solving skills
• Participating in and leading multiple concurrent projects
• Coaching and collaborating with peers who assist with this work, including providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance
• Identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities to deliver services with new and existing clients
• Managing and growing a collection of new and existing client relationships
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Related work experience in one or a combination of the following: Technology Consulting, Technology Strategy, Technology Management , or Technology Operations
• Demonstrated experience in a consulting environment
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud, IT Service Management, Strategic Sourcing and Shared Services, Technology Implementation, or Program and Project Management.
• Ability to provide guidance and recommendations on project direction such as setting priority of work packages, resource allocation, and work package scheduling
• A proven record of delivery excellence in previous projects or work experiences.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including developing business presentations, and leading discussions with senior/executive level stakeholders
