Resource Cost Analyst Senior Associate

These individuals handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.In financial operations at PwC, you will focus on managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations. You will handle tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Resource Cost Analyst Senior Associate , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Inform line of service ( LoS ) Managers of performance against planned expenditures and reasons for material variances to budget and forecast
• Support forecasting of direct resource requirements as part of the Firm's financial forecasting process
• Maintain all lines of services ( xLoS ) comparison and alignment on resource cost reporting
• Develop standard monthly resource reporting and provide commentary on performance i.e. leverage Model (Cost and Headcount), salary to revenue reporting - gross margin etc , resource deployment efficiency analysis, productivity analysis (hours and utilization ), service delivery centre costs and usage and independent contractors' costs
• Month-end adjustments and accruals for resource cost accounts in G/L
• Report on LoS IFS costs, analysis and reporting
• Work with Resource Management and HC teams to integrate understanding of future workforce changes into regular reporting
• Work with data team to develop suite of analytical reports
• Payroll review in coordination with Controllership function, review, etc.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Prior experience with Anaplan is considered an asset
• Working experience using Oracle f/s and Payroll/ADP is a plus
• Familiarity with iPower
• Experience with BI Dashboard Reporting
• Ability to translate business questions into data questions
