Job Title: Remote IT Support Specialist – TD

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Remote IT Support Specialist to help users with basic tech issues. You’ll handle tasks like troubleshooting, software help, and general IT support – all from home.

Responsibilities:

Help users with computer, software, and internet issues
Set up new user accounts and devices
Answer support tickets and resolve problems quickly
Guide users through solutions via phone or chat
Keep records of issues and fixes

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computers, software, and internet tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
