Operational Excellence Senior Manager (Contract)

These individuals oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery.In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As an Operational Excellence Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to optimize processes and enhance efficiency across various business units. Collaborate with stakeholders to align transformation goals with organizational priorities and create business cases for change
• Articulate strategy, assess operational implications, and implement processes within a complex environment. Oversee multiple transformation workstreams by coaching team members through the production of high-quality deliverables
• Establish credibility with stakeholders by demonstrating expertise and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Champion the integration of digital tools to boost operational effectiveness. Quantifying benefits and outcomes based on future-state recommendations or results
• Work closely with the Change Management team to identify how the business processes and/or tools may impact and provide support where required to ensure successful transformation. Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Represent the Operational Excellence team and its priorities to other Strategy & Transformation teams. Perform the role of project and career coach to other team members

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required ; Master's degree or advanced certifications like Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are a definite asset
• Enterprise-level experience with a proven record in managing operational excellence and leading Lean transformations
• Proven track record of managing and delivering significant business results that reflects strategic and creative thinking, individual initiative and motivating teams
• Proven leader with extensive abilities to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, lead teams to generate a vision, leverage diverse views, and help grow team members throughout the course of every engagement
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and communication using various techniques and media
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and impactful manner
• Self-motivated with a passion for client work, collaboration, and driving positive change
• Ability to thrive and support others through ambiguous environments
• A lifelong learning mindset, with curiosity and energy to explore emerging technologies
• Experience with system implementations is an asset

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is $121,900 - $203,300, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location .

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region . Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location .
