PwC Deals Strategy - Value Creation Practice We help our clients determine the right strategic priorities to grow profitably and maximize shareholder value, while offering support and practical solutions to achieve these objectives. We combine strategic insight, rigorous analysis and in-depth industry expertise with access to PwC's global network of industry and functional specialists, local knowledge and resources. Your expertise will include engagements in areas such as Growth Strategy, M&A Strategy, Market Entry, Commercial Due Diligence, Operational Improvement, and Business Model Redefinition and more.

Meaningful work you'll be a part of:
As a Manag er , you'll work as part of a team of pro bl em solve rs, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Examples include:

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Lead client interactions to understand their strategic goals and challenges

• Build and mainta in str o ng, lo ng-lasting relationships with clients

• Act a s a tru sted advisor to senior client executives, providing guidance and reco mmendation s , through strong communication (written, verbal)

Project Leadership and Delivery:

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Develop projec t plan s, define project objectives , and manage resources effectively

• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards

Strategic Analysis and Problem Solving:

• Conduct comprehensive industry and market analyses to inform strategic recommendations

• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for clients

• Develop actionable strategies and present findings to clients in a clear, concise manner , being able to connect dots across workstreams, projects and programs

Team Management and Development:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of associates , fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

• Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and identify professional development opportunities

• Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team

Business Development & Thought Leadership

• Contribute to the growth of the firm by starting to identify new business opportunities

• S upport pa rtners i n client account management, and participating in proposal development , perspective development/thought leadership publications

• Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with both internal teams and clients

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve:
• Experience with organic and external growth strategy , deal strategy (M&A), and or strategic transformation programs

• Experience in collaborating with clients to understand their strategic goals and objectives

• Perfe rred E xpe rience, across one or more sectors: R etail & Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Industrials, Telecomunnications and or Technology

• Advisory experience from a management consultancy, or as a senior 'internal consultant' in a multinational corporate is an asset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in providing advice and insights to support deal or non-deal decision-making processes

• Demonstrated exp ertise i n managing and developing teams , clients and supporting leaders

• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management

• Willing to travel occasionally throughout Canada, with the potential to travel outside of Canada, depending on client requirements
