Meaningful work you'll be part of:
As an Email Marketing Technology, Senior Associate , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. You will also participate in daily operations of the client-facing technology and solutions portfolio, and support new projects aligned with the strategy and roadmap. This technology portfolio includes email marketing, marketing automation, social and digital ads. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, our marketing automation platform
• Support with the day-to-day operations of various client-facing technology platforms, as well as training and adoption on these platforms
• Provide on-going recommendations and support to increase technology adoption, improve marketing campaign quality, and support stronger sales efforts
• Contribute to the Marketing & Sales platforms-wide strategy & roadmap
• Contribute to the assessment and selection of client-facing technology
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Experience with the Salesforce suite of products, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Intelligence or similar platforms , is an asset
• Familiarity managing core marketing technology products, including marketing automation, analytics, advertising, social, client feedback, and event management tools
• Familiarity with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
• Experience with Ampscript , HTML, and SQL, as well as comfort with data tools such as Excel and Alteryx
