Job Description

A career in our Digital Forensics and eDiscovery (DFeD) practice, within Forensic Technology services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients protect their business in today's evolving landscape by applying advanced and strategic approaches to information management. We focus on assisting organisations manage vast amounts of electronic data and navigate the legal and business processes demanded by critical events which includes litigation, regulatory requests and internal investigations.Our team helps our clients collect, filter, and review electronic documents to effectively mitigate technological risk and maximise exploitation of their information assets.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a member of the PwC Canada roster , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Perform ing thorough review of documents and apply issue tags.
• Apply legal expertise to assess document relevance and privilege.
• Maintain ing confidentiality and follow data security protocols throughout the duration of the document review.
• Prioritiz ing tasks and manag ing workload effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Conduct ing quality control checks to ensure accuracy , completeness, and consistency of reviewed documents.
• P roviding instruction and feedback to the review team and answering review team questions.
• Utilizing review tool analytics (structured and conceptual) and Continuous Active Learning to optimize the review process.
• Managing and allocating review resources to meet project deadlines and client needs.

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Lawyer admitted to the B ar in Canada and licensed to practice law
• Maintenance of good standing with a Canadian Law Society and carry professional liability insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and analytical ability
• A high level of personal integrity and energy, a commitment to teamwork and a strong desire to learn
