As a Power Platform Architect, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Customer Success
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services by.
• Participate in meetings and discussions with internal and external customers
• Identify and prioritize use cases for implementation
• Identify technical requirements for the identified use cases and build an implementation plan
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross functional team members to develop and propose low-code solutions to potential customers including proposals and statements of work
• Assist to develop reference architectures and best practice approaches to optimize clients' low-code platform adoption, migration and setting up a Power Platform CoE.
• Deliver presentations and technical demonstrations to customers and to the community at industry events

Coaching, Recruiting, and Mentorship
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, enabling skill development across the team and fostering an environment where technical professionals can develop their skills and grow their careers, taking on increased responsibility and adding value to the organization
• Identify new candidates to join the Power Platform team
• Help with ongoing recruiting and technical interview process
• Provide coaching and mentoring to fellow team members

Implementation, Innovation (building), and Learning
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
• Architect and implement enterprise-level applications integrating Power Platform with Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other third-party systems.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to streamline Power Platform development.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and security best practices within the Power Platform environment, including DLP policies, ALM, and CoE Toolkit implementation.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform updates, features, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in Power Platform applications.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI Builder, Dataverse, and emerging technologies within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on PwC's Power Platform offerings
• Obtain and maintain relevant certifications as needed for the Power Platform Practice
• Collaborate with your team members and contribute as a technical team member while participating in multiple concurrent low-code focused projects, ensuring implementations are well aligned with the overall architecture
• Be an active member in the technology community, provide thought leadership and mentorship, share your knowledge and expertise

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users.
• Ability to drive discussions and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical documentation and user training.
• Experience working in waterfall, scrum, agile, and other methodologies

Technical experience in many of the following areas:
• Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Agents).
• Expertise in Dataverse, including entity modeling, relationships, and security roles.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, including DLP policies, environments, and licensing.
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and their integration with Power Platform.
• Proficient in building custom connectors and integrating external APIs with Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with ALM practices, including CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities and integration with Power Platform.
• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation and environment management.
• Ability to design and implement responsive, user-friendly Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Familiarity with AI Builder, RPA, and low-code/no-code development principles.
• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Familiarity with other Microsoft tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization best practices in Power BI.
• Atleast 2 of the Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, PL-500).
