Job Description
The Partner Experience (PE) team within Business Enablement provides support to over 650 partners. The PE team includes Human Resources, Talent, and Development professionals. Our mission is to enable our partners to fulfill their potential as inclusive, digitally enabled leaders and achieve business results. We do this by partnering with our business leaders to deliver an innovative, high quality, technology- enabled experience across the partner talent life cycle The Senior Manager, Partner Experience will manage and execute activities relating to partner processes and technologies. This includes coaching less experienced PE team members executing activities within these areas.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Partner Experience Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead and coach a team to execute on partner development programs ( e.g. New Partner, Key Talent
• Programs, Legacy Programs) to enable the best possible partner experience
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the firm to lead the identification of knowledge, skill and culture gaps, the related root causes, and recommend methods (programmatic and non-programmatic) and content to close the gaps to support the firm's strategy
• Promote and encourage a holistic approach to development, including an appropriate mix of formal learning, coaching and on the job learning
• Lead all aspects of creating learning and development solutions including design, development, implementation and evaluation, to optimize the use of Firm resources and ensure the most effective design techniques and delivery methods are employed, including digital tools when appropriate
• Lead direct reports to budget, monitor and forecast costs for all learning and development activities
• Establish and monitor measures of success for all aspects of Partner Development
• Source SMEs, instructors and other client service resources as needed.
• Manage and leverage the global network within PwC and share/leverage content globally as appropriate
• Lead ad hoc projects aligned to strategic business priorities
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Post-secondary education, on-going learning efforts, and professional memberships demonstrate a commitment to the HR profession, specifically learning and development
• Deep expertise in learning and development including training needs analysis/ performance gaps, adult learning theory, applied use of educational technologies etc
• Experience designing, development and leading senior/executive level leadership development programs
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into learning solutions
• S trategic thinking skills with strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess impact of recommendations on the business and effectively prioritize solutions
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, align multiple points of views and forge a way forward
• Ability to work and navigate effectively within a matrix organization/partnership structure
• Proven track record of effectively leading and coaching diverse teams
• A strong leadership presence, impeccable ethical standards and integrity, objectivity, confidence and dedication
