As an Oracle Consulting Director at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across multiple Oracle applications pillars, including business experience in a variety of industries. Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a n Oracle Engagement and Sales Director focused on the Government , Healthcare and Public Sector , you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work with account team s to uncover target accounts' business issues
• Develop new ideas and service opportunities relevant to target issues
• Identify, develop and win significant bids and pursuits to meet defined sales targets
• Manage the implementation lifecycle for Oracle ERP programs in the Government and Public Sector from bid management through to discovery, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation support
• Act as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client
• Offer experience within HCM/Finance/Supply Chain solutions to provide functional insight and thought-leadership
• Provide project management leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, customer satisfaction and , where required , project oversight working with Manager or Senior Manager level Engagement Managers
• Lead and support blended teams of colleagues, client s and partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery approach
• When required, provide coaching to fellow Engagement Managers on project delivery
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• At least 10+ years of progressive f ull lifecycle HR and/or Financials /Supply ERP experience leading implement ations of Oracle Cloud solutions for complex organizations
• Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
• Proven track record of business development skills
• Deep business expertise in Canadian Healthcare, or Canadian Government/Public Sector industry, combined with direct deliver y responsibility for Oracle Cloud engagements in these sectors
• Excellent organization, time management, verbal and written communication skills , and a passion for client service excellence
• High degree of tact, diplomacy, confidence, resilience and patience
• Proven professionalism and poise ("executive presence") in complex client situations
• Ability to communicate effectively with client executives (CFO, CIO, VP etc ) , consult with others, develop relationships quickly, both internally and externally, facilitate group discussions, make presentations
• Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases, requirement documentation, tender documents, contracts, statements of work and change requests
• Demonstrable success in identifying and taking appropriate action on opportunities for additional business
• Working with account sales team s , the ability to provide effective pre-sales support, including estimating viable , winning solutions
• Strong commercial judgement, with a proven track record in the execution of contract and commercial terms applying to the project
• Experience of running a diverse and remote team
• Language skills: bilingual proficiency in French and English considered an asset
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
