These individuals work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. In technology strategy at PwC, you will specialize in developing and implementing strategic plans to leverage technology for business growth and innovation. You will analyze market trends, assess organizational needs, and provide guidance on technology investments and initiatives. Working in this area, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to increase utilization of technology resources, driving competitive advantage.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
• The Microsoft Consulting Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop strategic Microsoft technology solutions, ensuring alignment with government priorities while delivering high-impact results.
• The director will drive sales and delivery of Microsoft solutions to the federal government, leveraging knowledge and experience in delivering Microsoft technologies across cloud and data, AI, business applications, and security.
• As a generalist leader, the Director brings strong client relationships, identifies and pursues growth opportunities, and oversees the successful implementation of Microsoft-driven engagements.
• Shape go-to-market strategies, build client relationships, and oversee complex engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design cloud & data architectures, application modernizations, and cloud-native solutions.
• Manage project teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Develop reusable assets, reference architectures, and best practices to optimize clients' adoption of Microsoft technologies.
• Drive thought leadership internally and externally, educating clients and stakeholders on emerging technology trends.

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Experience in Azure Cloud Solutions, Dynamics 365, M365 (E5 SKU), Copilot, Microsoft Cloud Security, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong background in cloud architecture, application modernization, business applications, and technology consulting.
• Proven leadership in selling and delivering implementation programs.
• Familiarity with technologies like Fabric, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Terraform , modern CI/CD pipelines and D365
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technology for non-technical audiences.
• Commitment to developing diverse, high-performing teams and embracing continuous upskilling in a fast-moving tech landscape.
• Bilingual French language skills is an asset
• Must be eligible to obtain security clearance. Currently holding a Secret (or higher) Security Clearance is an asset.
• Experience working in public sector
