Overview of the opportunity:
The Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Marketing team is looking for an Audit & Enterprise Marketing Manager to join us in our hybrid working environment based in our downtown Toronto office. This individual will collaborate with leadership to execute locally driven marketing programs that meet regional business goals.
What you will do
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager in the GTA, the incumbent will work closely with local practice leaders, national, and regional marketing, account program colleagues in the development and execution of integrated marketing and account plans designed to meet the strategic objectives of the local practice.

What you will do

GTA Audit Portfolio (60% of Role)
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans aligned to national and local business objectives to grow the Audit brand in the GTA.
- Support the Strategy & Operations lead to execute strategic internal and external initiatives.
- Support the local Client Care program by collaborating closely with the Client Care Leader, National and local leaders. Marketing support includes internal events and account management support.
- The Audit Pursuit Program identifies and pursues high value audits that are not currently within the audit client portfolio. This position will support the Audit Pursuit Program by working cross functionally with Proposals, Key Accounts, Industry Marketers, and National Marketing to facilitate the long-term success of the program and infuse a marketing mind-set into the sales approach.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Key Account Team, Industry Marketers, and other functions to identify co-marketing and account-based marketing opportunities that benefit the business.
- Support the strategy, production and execution of local events as needed.
- Collaborate with National to amplify key initiatives that are relevant within the GTA.
GTA Enterprise Portfolio (40% of Role)
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans aligned to national plans and local business objectives to grow the Enterprise brand in the GTA.
- Execute in market activities including events, sponsorships, social media campaigns, blogs, webcasts, videos, and podcasts as required.
- Collaborate with National to amplify key initiatives that are relevant within the GTA.
- University degree, diploma or similar credentials in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of marketing or account management experience in a professional services and/or B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on executing with excellence.
- Working knowledge of account-based marketing, thought leadership, content marketing, , and relationship development in a professional services context.
- Strong track record of client service delivery and stakeholder management with senior executives.
- Conversant with demand generation, lead nurturing campaigns and technology (e.g. SalesForce).
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
- A natural collaborator with experience in working with cross functional teams.
- Act as a consultant to the business to meet the needs of the strategy and targets.
- Energy and passion to bring industry best practices and innovative solutions to the team.
