As a Senior Manager - Enterprise Loyalty Architect at Deloitte, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective loyalty solutions to our clients. This role requires a strong techno-functional background, expertise in enterprise architecture, and experience in designing and implementing loyalty engagement strategies. You will work closely with clients, leveraging your expertise in Martech solutions, marketing cloud, and domain loyalty to improve loyalty programs and drive customer engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading large teams, engaging with executives, and mapping business outcomes to the technology landscape.

The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. - Enterprise Architecture: Develop and implement enterprise-level loyalty architecture strategies that align with client objectives and business goals. Collaborate with clients to design and implement a loyalty architecture framework that integrates with their existing systems and enables seamless customer experiences.
- Loyalty Engagement: Design and execute loyalty engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth. Identify key touchpoints in the customer journey and develop personalized loyalty programs that incentivize customers to engage with the brand.
- Martech Solution and Marketing Cloud: Leverage Martech solutions and marketing cloud platforms to create and optimize loyalty campaigns and customer experiences.
- Integration: Work with cloud providers and platforms to integrate loyalty solutions with existing systems and technologies.
- Architecture Framework: Utilize architecture frameworks to develop scalable and flexible loyalty architectures. Create architecture flows and diagrams that illustrate the integration of loyalty systems, data flows, and touchpoints within the overall technology landscape.
- Communication and Leadership: Possess strong communication skills to lead discussions with executives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Outcome Mapping: Map business outcomes to the technology landscape, ensuring that loyalty solutions align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
- Commerce: Leverage Commerce online and POS solution to enable loyalty across all possible.

- 10-15 years of experience in a techno-functional role, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Proven experience in designing loyalty architecture and implementing loyalty engagement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of martech solutions, marketing cloud platforms, and domain loyalty.
- Familiarity with cloud providers and platforms, with a preference for being cloud agnostic.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
- Hands-on experience with architecture design and implementation.
