Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Manager Roaming, reporting to the Director, National Roaming and Roaming Operations. You will be responsible for developing and delivering excellence in operational execution to meet business objectives and delivering optimal customer experiences.

What you will be doing :
  • Perform timely and accurate completion of audit control and reconciliation processes for wholesale roaming.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to cross-validate billing sources, investigate and resolve anomalies to optimize financial results.
  • Analyze large volumes of data to identify, investigate, and clearly explain trends in concise reports.
  • Integrate new data sources into business processes and analyses, crisply articulate findings, build and measure KPIs, inform and make decisions.
  • Owner of underlying enterprise cloud dataset creating business views for self and users, manage and monitor for accuracy and completeness, resolving issues as required.
  • Develop databases and analytical models to identify opportunities and determine the appropriate strategies and tactics to drive financial results.
  • Drive process efficiencies leveraging automation through design and implementation, documenting processes.
  • Monthly evaluation and meeting with supplier on SLA terms, holding accountable and pursuing credits for missed deliverables.
  • Administration and action of group email boxes.
  • Other accountabilities from time to time.

What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics or equivalent experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel with advanced skills using functions, formulas, macros, VBA, configure data import/export flows, create forms and reports, etc).
  • Proven working experience with: (1) MS Access: building and maintaining databases; (2) SQL: writing complex queries using joins, subqueries, aggregates and functions, (3) Power BI: connecting to data sources, build models, create and publish interactive reports and dashboards; (4) MicroStrategy: design and automate analyses, empower business users with self-serve capabilities.
  • Databricks infrastructure knowledge in working with cloud/Azure.
  • Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills are imperative (written, oral and listening).
  • A self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, multi-task, investigate issues, solve problems and promote efficiencies through automation.
  • Strong team player with excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, and perform well in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Customer driven, with the ability to exercise a high degree of business judgment and sound reasoning working through complex data and projects.
  • Telecom/Wireless experience is an asset.
