Who we're looking for:
Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing, this role will focus on enhancing our marketing analytics and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights to improve acquisition marketing performance.
Working closely with our marketing primes, you will be responsible for reporting on campaign and tactic reporting as well as understanding how our marketing tactics are impacting our overall Residential acquisition KPI performance. (Revenue, ARPA-in, Gross Ads and Nets.) You will turn the analytical data into insights to collaboratively help improve and design future campaigns and initiatives in constant pursuit of improved and maximized results.

What you'll do:
- Campaign/Tactic Performance and Highlights: Track and report on campaign/tactic performance, providing insight toward immediate adjustments or evolutions to improve outcomes
- Acquisition KPI tracking & reporting: Closely monitor topline acquisition performance against targets, understanding how campaigns and tactics are influencing trends and develop insights on which levers to pull to support hitting monthly/quarterly/annual objectives
- Customer Segmentation Performance: Understand customer segment performance and their decision drivers to collaborate on tactical improvements to marketing strategies and plans
- Regional Performance: Monitor sales and nets trends in various regions to inform team on regional differences and improvement opportunities to enhance 4P performance
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support marketing initiatives, providing recommendations and insight.
What you bring:
- University or College degree, preferably in Analytics, Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics/insights, B2C experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to synthesize data insights into simple and actionable details.
- Highly motivated and adaptable team player, proven ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with strengths in time management and prioritization
- Excellent relationship building skills and proven track record of working with and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI and Snowflake (or equivalent)
- Sales experience and working knowledge would be an asset.
