M365 Application Service Manager

Job Description
In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As an M365 Application Service Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversee daily operations of your assigned application portfolio
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, global and firm standards, and legal and regulatory requirements
• Act as the portfolio SME for application support services
• Manage stakeholder communications and drive service quality improvements
• Lead role during major incidents (MIM) and manage escalations
• Monitor overall application performance and Conduct and participate in highly sensitive and confidential investigation for the Business / OGC / NIS / and Firm Security
• Ensure Disaster Recovery plans are current and tested annually with evidence for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 applications
• Manage external service providers and internal functional teams
• Address escalated delivery issues with sourcing providers
• Review and provide feedback on the overall Application Support budget
Experiences and s kills y ou'll u se to s olve
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science
• Relevant experience as an IT practitioner or in an IT Management role
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, M365, Azure, PowerApps, and CoPilot
• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
• Experience in planning, managing, and implementing large-scale technology projects
• Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Change management skills with a successful track record
• Ability to synthesize information and implement solutions
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements with tight timeframes
