PwC Canada is leading the way as one of the first organizations in Canada to fully integrate generative AI tools across the enterprise. As a Gen AI Microsoft Platform Manager, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, steering PwC Canada to harness the full potential of generative AI. Your role will involve expanding and scaling the deployment of Microsoft Copilot throughout our organization of 8,000 employees and leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft AI technologies to unlock disruptive possibilities.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Gen AI Microsoft Platform Manager , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Serve as PwC Canada's authority on Microsoft's AI capabilities, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, GitHub, Copilot Studio, and other Microsoft products.
• Stay abreast of Microsoft's roadmap and strategize the optimal timing and method for rolling out new features across PwC Canada.
• Measure and report the benefits of rolling out new features and make data-driven decisions on what to stop, start and continue.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft AI tools by developing employee onboarding and support experiences, including training and communities of practice.
• Build relationships with PwC Global and Microsoft via our Alliance Partnership to advocate for PwC Canada and bring back insights and learnings.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand how Microsoft AI capabilities can enhance PwC's custom built software products.
• Develop a talent pool internally and a specialized vendor network externally to enable our transformation journey.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• A track record of fostering innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive strategic initiatives related to AI and technology deployment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, with the ability to work with technical teams to roll out new features.
• Ability to articulate a clear product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, and to inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of AI implementations and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage organizational change and drive user adoption of new technologies .
