There is an evolving risk landscape in Canada Associated with AI/GenAI implementations and the growing need for assurance in deploying these technologies across industries. Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a n AI T rust D irector, y ou'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Exhibiting extensive knowledge of AI application & technolog y risk services selling and the ability to build and sustain long term relations with clients and PwC Account teams to drive revenue
• Leading complex sales processes through effective targeting of audit and non-audit client accounts
• Projecting executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives and senior partners
• Understanding of the structure, key issues, language, and environment of one or more industry/sector groups with an ability to discuss and explain current and emerging issues within one or more industry sectors, including services and technology applicable to those needs and effectively engage with executive level clients and with risk-focused PwC resources
• Lead the development and execution of AI assurance projects, including AI risk frameworks, model validation, audits, and risk assessments
• Provide strategic guidance on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Stay updated on AI trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in AI assurance
• Utilizing extensive experience and demonstrating effectiveness and success across sales competencies
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Understanding of AI models, AI Lifecycle stages and of any of the following areas: AI technologies, AI ethics, AI risks and controls, responsible AI principles, and data governance
• Ability to effectively manage full cycle risk assessments from planning, execution, and report-writing stages and all other aspects of the internal audit life cycle
• Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving, identifying and obtaining new service opportunities and taking the opportunities through the sales cycle
• Success with managing large engagements that involve facilitating with staff and managers as they perform assessments to evaluate controls, security, and segregation of duties as it relates to AI product optimization, implementation and/or configurations
• Leading client projects, understanding a client's business and technology to identify , pursue, and ultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities;
• Understanding clients' business, industry and/or technologies and leveraging extensive project management skills in relation to AI projects, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules, as well as defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing and collection
• Identifying key risks and controls, knowledge of AI regulations , controls optimization, as well as configuration of controls around security, business process and IT controls in relation to AI
