The Products & Technology Development team is dedicated to creating and supporting internal IT systems and applications for all staff levels. By leveraging expertise in technical domains, the team develops programs and applications that align with PwC's strategic technology needs, ensuring the firm stays at the forefront of the industry.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Gen AI Solutions Delivery Lead , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide technical management directions and recommendations to the software delivery team in line with the directions set by Gen AI Strategy
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure the development of robust and scalable Gen AI solutions
• Set the technical vision and architecture for generative AI solutions
• Collaborate with local and global business and technology stakeholders for successful delivery of Gen AI solutions
• Work with vendors and alliance partners to successfully deliver Gen AI solutions
• Establish and ensure regular and effective communication to all required stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into understandable insights and updates. Gather requirements and feedback to inform project direction and priorities
• Establish and maintain quality performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on quality levels
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team
• Establish and maintain best practices for software development and leverage frameworks consistent with and supportive of the Gen AI Technology stack and Gen AI architectural approach
• Stay embedded with the Gen AI delivery team to understand functional and nonfunctional requirements, remove roadblocks, and analyze feasibility
• Work with the delivery team to review solution designs for new products or new features
• Identify areas for improvement and increase the productivity of the Delivery team.
• Identify , manage and resolve any risks, issues, and blockers
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
• Implement mechanisms to monitor , manage and provide progress on all software development activities, teams performance, and establish regular reporting to leadership
• Promote and facilitate Agile methodology and Scrum framework for new Gen AI based solutions development
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Gen AI Factory, staying current with the latest AI related technologies and methodologies
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Extensive experience in providing technical management to one or more software delivery teams, with experience working in Agile and/or Iterative Waterfall environments
• Experience in managing and implementing AI and Gen AI capabilities (medium-to-large scale initiatives)
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or a technical degree preferred)
• Expert knowledge of AI, Gen AI, Software Development Life Cycle, and cloud platforms
• Deep understanding and application of project management tools and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
• Ability to rationalize design decisions clearly and objectively and challenge engineering teams to produce their best work
• Familiarity with the following technologies: GenAI Services (Azure OpenAI), LLM Models (GPT-4.0, Gemini, Llama), Orchestration (Native Python, Semantic Kernel, Langchain ), Vector Databases (Azure AI Search, Databricks Vector Search), Python, Observability ( Langfuse ), Cloud platforms (Azure), UI (React & Next.js)
• Experience with the following technologies: Azure Services (Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions), and Machine Learning
• Experience with Power Platform and Copilot
• Understanding of both client needs, and industry needs as they relate to specific Gen AI software solutions
