The KDN Solution Onboarding Transition Lead is a strategic role responsible for driving the successful and efficient onboarding of new solutions across all KDN functions (Audit, Tax, and Advisory). This role will lead the development and implementation of a standardized transition framework, ensuring alignment with KPMG's global strategy and KDN priorities.

The KDN Solution Onboarding Transition Lead is a strategic role responsible for driving the successful and efficient onboarding of new solutions across all KDN functions (Audit, Tax, and Advisory). This role will lead the development and implementation of a standardized transition framework, ensuring alignment with KPMG's global strategy and KDN priorities.
What you will do
- Strategic Vision: Define and implement a comprehensive transition framework for solution onboarding, aligning with KDN's strategic objectives and KPMG's overall business strategy.
- Transition Framework Development: Design and implement a robust transition methodology, including detailed processes, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Global and KDN, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Performance Measurement and Improvement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the transition process, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization.
- Orchestration and Hand-off: Oversee the seamless hand-off between the solution onboarding team and the delivery team, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities and knowledge.
- Relevant professional experience in leading transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies in alignment with overall business objectives
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
- Global Delivery Model Expertise: Experience in Global Delivery Model deployments, including Business Services, Captive Shared Services, and Centres of Excellence (COE).
- Strategic Leadership and Execution: Proven ability to enact organizational strategy and design, build high-performing teams, and create value through execution.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- Project and Transition Management: Detailed knowledge and experience in implementing project management frameworks, including issues and risks management, developing detailed project plans, and managing project budgets. In-depth knowledge of transition management, process documentation, job aids development, knowledge transfer methodology, and training resources.
