The Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead, is a strategic role responsible for driving the successful onboarding of new solutions across all KDN functions. This role will work closely with KDN leadership, central teams, and delivery centers to ensure alignment on priorities and a seamless onboarding process. The Director will lead the development and implementation of a robust Target Operating Model (TOM) framework, ensuring it is scalable, aligned with KDN's strategic goals, and optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will do
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a comprehensive TOM framework for solution onboarding, aligning with KDN's strategic objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across KDN functions, central teams, delivery centers, and external partners.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement a repeatable methodology for TOM blueprint development, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all solution onboarding initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding process, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous optimization.
- Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to the development of KPMG's TOM expertise, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues across the firm.
- At least 12 years professional experience in leading transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies in alignment with overall business objectives
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university; Masters or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- TOM Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in Transition Management (TOM) methodologies and best practices.
- Global Delivery Model Experience: Experience in deploying Global Delivery Models, including Business Services, Captive Shared Services, and Centres of Excellence (COE).
- Strategic Leadership and Execution: Proven ability to enact organizational strategy and design, build high-performing teams, and create value through execution.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
