The Sr Analyst, Sales Compensation is the point of contact for internal sales channels of Roger Business, with a focus of compliance to Sales Compensation policies.They are accountable for the successful launch, monitoring, and review of short-term sales incentives, analytics of successful sales compensation design and implementation, including resolution of issues, and support with subject matter expertise.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.

The Sr Analyst, Sales Compensation is the point of contact for internal sales channels of Roger Business, with a focus of compliance to Sales Compensation policies.They are accountable for the successful launch, monitoring, and review of short-term sales incentives, analytics of successful sales compensation design and implementation, including resolution of issues, and support with subject matter expertise.
What you will be doing:
- Intake, review, track, and process manual adjustments that strictly adhere to documented sales compensation policy.
- Manage arbitration cases with urgency and attention to detail
- Ensure sales compensation information is accurate, complete, and in compliance with sales compensation policies.
- Work with internal teams to identify and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
- Support sales operation teams and sales channels with subject matter expertise on clean case submission, to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Accountable for analytics, ensuring that sales incentives are executed and monitored to achieve the intent of each incentive.
- Anticipate and understand potential issues, and work to proactively remove roadblocks across all operational areas to ensure we deliver timely service to the sales teams.
- Use appropriate judgment to escalate to next levels in a timely manner.
- Assist in sales compensation documentation.
- Focus on continuously improving existing sales compensation processes, and the rep experience by recommending innovative solutions.
What you'll bring:
- 3-5 years experience in a planning role with focus on detailed execution and positive results.
- Proven and demonstrated leadership skills, resourceful, innovative, and able to independently make sound critical decisions.
- Excellent knowledge and application of Microsoft Office. (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Ability to identify and proactively escalate potential business issues or challenges.
- Excellent and proven demonstration of customer service skills, and relationship management with internal teams and external partnerships.
- A strong sense of teamwork and willingness to work in an ever-changing environment.
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Business acumen and professional approach.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.
- Innovative, resourceful, adaptable to change, and positive attitude.
