As a Senior Manager, you will lead and execute Advanced Planning transformation and implementation projects, ensuring client needs are met while optimizing business processes. You will be responsible for business design, strategy, and execution, overseeing the end-to-end transformation journey from discovery to implementation across various technologies, including SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, data platforms and others.
Your role will involve collaborating with client stakeholders to gather requirements, develop business cases, and oversee technical design blueprints, implementation, and testing. Additionally, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance supply chain performance, while fostering professional growth and collaboration within both internal and external teams.

What you will do
- Lead Advanced Planning and supply chain planning implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to gather requirements and design business and technical blueprints.
- Identify and drive innovative strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Support the consulting business development cycle by leading and/or participating in the consulting services proposal response process.
- Conduct comprehensive supply chain assessments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
- Determine how to best apply enabling technologies such as data platforms, to supplement legacy and incumbent technologies to drive innovation and additional client value
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in supply chain management best practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Remain up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting supply chain management.
- Lead, coach, and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- 7-10 years of experience in Advanced Planning implementation as a management consultant, with additional industry experience considered an asset.
- Proven expertise in solutions such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, and other planning platforms, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, Control Towers, and data platforms.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and value chain best practices and their real-world applications.
- Demonstrated experience in leading implementation projects or major workstreams across multiple industries.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed to meet client requirements
