As a Manager in our Supply Chain Advisory practice focusing on supply chain modernization you will use your deep domain knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills together with your prior management consulting experience, to lead high performing team that delivers enterprise level change and value for our clients.
What you will do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor consulting services to meet those needs.
- Lead and manage workstreams and/or teams on supply chain modernization engagements from initiation to completion.
- Leverage advanced analytics and data modelling techniques to uncover insights, optimize supply chain processes, and support data-driven decision-making for clients.
- Participate in comprehensive supply chain assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to define future state, conduct gap analysis and develop achievable roadmaps that deliver the desired business outcome
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the consulting business development cycle by leading and/or participating in the consulting services proposal response process.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and professional growth.
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or an Undergraduate degree in a related field with relevant supply chain industry experience.
- 5+ year experience working in a management consulting firm.
- End-to-end supply chain domain knowledge with a preference in planning, warehousing, logistics, data platforms and analytics
- A solid understanding of supply and value chain leading practices and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Proven analytical skills leveraging data platforms and analytical toolsets such as Alteryx, Palantir, Coupa Supply Chain Guru as well as visualization tools such as PowerBI.
- Experience with process automation tools such as Appian and UIPath advantageous
- Proven project management success with strong track record on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, lateral and analytical thinking
- Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs.
