KPMG's Management Consulting group is experiencing exceptional growth, especially within Enterprise Solution The rapidly expanding Enterprise Solutions team is looking for experienced Senior Manager in Quality & Testing Services practice to join the team in Toronto. We are looking add top talent to help drive our market growth and shape our testing offerings to our clients at a national level.
This is a leadership role for test delivery, people management, and improvements of the practice focused on offering a comprehensive set of testing services with advanced capability in Test Advisory and Strategy, Cloud ERP Testing, and Automation.

What you will do
- Manage large ERP testing engagements, oversee key deliverables - test strategy, plan, schedules, test cases, dashboards, defect logs, test closure reports, entry/exit criteria and gating
- Develop business opportunities and lead Testing Services area in sales generation activities
- Perform activities that support and manage the ongoing development of the practice and leading the creation of new business opportunities with accountability for success through to the end of engagements (from sales through solution design to delivery)
- Lead proposals responses while working with Enterprise Solutions teams (Oracle, Workday, SAP, Microsoft) to develop testing timelines, resources plan in support of the implementations
- Provide pr actice leadership, capability growth, and coordinate with our Global Quality & Testing teams to formulate innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Provide engagement oversight following the delivery roadmap to successful project execution. This includes staffing testing project teams, assisting project leadership (i.e., project manager or engagement leader) in defining or modifying testing approach and structure as necessary, deliverables review and participation in key project events as appropriate to help ensure Delivery Excellence
- Create relationships with senior client leadership, staff, with focus on strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Develop positive, strong working relationships with team members, sponsors, and functional managers
- Canadian travel required, with occasional international travel a possibility
- Must be passionate about testing
- Must have extensive delivery, consulting, and sales experience (at least 10 years) as senior QA test manager working in large ERP (Oracle, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) project environments with a strong track record for delivery in Canada and/or globally with expert knowledge of quality engineering and testing
- Must have 3+ years in practice management role; and working with offshore delivery network
- Must be recognized as an expert in the marketplace for quality assurance and testing and strong network contacts
- Functional and/or technical knowledge of the many aspects of systems development, testing (functional and non-functional) and management processes and methods
- Superior communication skills (oral & written), with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of management
- Experience with Test Management tools DevOps, ALM, JIRA (Xray, Zephyr) and Confluence
- Exposure to Test Automation tools and scripting such as QTP/UFT Selenium, Katalon, Cypress, are an asset with languages supported Java,C#, Python,
- University Degree or College Diploma
- ISTQB certification is an asset
- Project Management Certification (PMP) is an asset
