What you will do
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities improvement for our clients, provide a clear roadmap for transformation, and support the implementation, including vendor selection, technology implementation, change management, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Assess the client's legal function through the lens of processes, technology, people, service delivery, governance, KPIs and data.
  • Optimize and automate legal operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload, including redesigning workflows, implementing automation tools, and enhancing process documentation for consistency and clarity.
  • Enable clients to automate routine tasks, ensuring compliance and reducing administrative burden.
What you bring to the role
  • 6+ years of experience in legal technology and as a practicing lawyer
  • Broad legal transformation and artificial intelligence experience and proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and a practical and pragmatic style toward providing legal solutions
  • The ability to balance the demands of an emerging practice
  • In good standing with provincial law society
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as administrative and time management skills
  • Inclusive leadership style
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and detail oriented
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected annual base salary for this position $149,500 - $191,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
