The Consulting practice continues to experience growth, and the Risk and Quality team must respond to those evolving needs.

M eaninglful work you will be part of
As a Risk and Quality Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Engaging with the Consulting business through structured processes including Consulting Project Acceptance Committee, Engagement Quality Reviews, In-flight Reviews and informal processes such as risk consultation discussions on new and ongoing higher risk engagements. Our work is done in compliance with PwC's Global Network Quality Management Systems and Risk Processes Standard ("QMSRP"), which has been established to enable our practitioners to meet applicable professional standards, regulatory and legal requirements.

The position will primarily involve:
• As part of the Delivery Domain team, manage our Quality Review Partner program; monitoring role expectations are being met, resource allocation, and reporting

• Support the execution of Engagement Quality Reviews and In-flight Reviews. Provide inputs into the review strategy and lead or support the reviews including set-up, interviewing, analysis and reporting

• Provide front line guidance to the Consulting practitioners on PwC risk management policies and processes.

The position may also involve:
• Develop content for communications and trainings to upskill the Consulting practitioners on the topics of risk management

• Data analysis, data management, and reporting on the various R&Q programmes

• Identify , lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the advancement of the Consulting Risk and Quality objectives

• Lead and support Consulting Risk and Quality projects. As required, represent Consulting Risk & Quality on the firm-wide initiatives

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Must have experience working with data and an interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

• Extensive previous experience as a consultant in a client-facing role, with skills and experience corresponding to a Senior Manager level

• Experience as a project manager on a complex engagement, identifying and monitoring project delivery risks

• Experience with the large-scale information technology transformations or technology implementation projects and understanding of the related risks

• Willingness to learn on the job and ability to accept and build on peer feedback

• The drive and interest to identify risks facing PwC's Consulting business, to service our Consulting staff and Partners, and support them in developing risk mitigation strategies

• Ability to communicate concisely and effectively to a senior audience, both in writing and verbally

• Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work within tight deadlines

• The ability to interact well with people and to work in a collaborative team environment

• Agility and ability to pivot when needed

• Understanding Agile or Iterative project delivery methods and/or proficiency in French (including reading and writing) is an asset

• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
