Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. This is a critical role requiring strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving innovation in the automotive tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

 • Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to product development, software implementation, and operational improvements.
 • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
 • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
 • Lead virtual cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
 • Monitor project performance using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with company goals.
 • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
 • Ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

 • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or related fields.
 • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in tech or automotive industries.
 • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
 • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira).
 • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
 • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 • Knowledge of automotive technology trends is an asset.
