A career in our Digital Risk Solutions practice, within Risk Assurance services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we're able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that verdicts are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted. Meaningful work you'll be part of
As an Oracle Security Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You have a passion for, or strong interest in technology and/or security and are looking to use your skills and knowledge to find solutions that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Design and enforce strict security configurations and access controls during cloud migration or setup
• Regularly review and refine security configurations, staying updated with Oracle's product roadmaps
• Develop and implement Segregation of Duties policies aligned with business needs and compliance requirements
• Monitor internal controls within Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP to ensure data integrity and compliance. Risk and Compliance management
• Communicate positively in a clear, concise, and articulate manner, both verbally and in writing. Has a high degree of personal confidence, enthusiasm and drive
• Keep up-to-date with technical developments and new emerging technologies
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Pay attention to detail and possess strong organizational and analytical skills
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
• Build strong business relationships with existing and potential clients
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Lead Oracle Cloud security engagements, including role design and user lifecycle management
• Integrate risk identification and control as part of end-to-end technology implementation
• Conduct business process and IT controls assessments and identify gaps
• Support internal audit teams in designing and implementing internal controls and performing periodic testing
• Engage in business development activities to support practice growth and raise awareness of the firm's services
• Exhibit strong leadership skills in dynamic and cross-functional teams for large-scale and multi-national engagements
• Implement Oracle Risk Management Compliance, including Advanced Access Controls, Advanced Financial Controls and Financial Reporting Compliance. Oracle RMC Certification would be an asset
• Implement security for Oracle PaaS and IaaS, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud
• Possess strong relationship-building skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and the wider community
