In this Manager (Business Experience) role, you'll have the opportunity to bring this value proposition to life and make an impact that matters. What will your typical day look like?

  • Advisor and leadership coach supporting a client group working closely with the senior advisory talent team
    • Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
    • Influence decisions and drive alignment across the firm
    • Own and execute on the client's culture and people strategy
  • Strategic Planning and Alignment:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align people, culture, and workforce strategies with business objectives
    • Ensure that the human capital framework supports the overall goals of the business
  • Talent Management and Development:
    • Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the client groups, including management of LDR process for Partner performance
    • Implement succession planning and leadership development programs to build a robust talent pipeline
    • Assist in the implementation of performance management processes
  • Employee Engagement and Culture Shaper:
    • Foster a positive work environment by driving initiatives that enhance culture, employee engagement, inclusivity, and well-being
    • Act as a cultural ambassador, coach, and influence leaders
    • Ensure firm values and purpose are embedded in daily operations
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics to provide insights and inform decision-making
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven recommendations to improve culture and people processes and outcomes

About the team

The Culture and People Office (CPO) delivers business-focused, efficient, and innovative programs focused on bringing our "I could have only done it at Deloitte" people promise to life. The CPO function consists of Business Experience (HR Business Partners), People Experience (HR Operations) and an agile Workplace Experience Centre of Expertise (CoE), supported by dedicated: Learning & Development; Partner & Alumni Experience; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Digital Experience; and Culture & Change functions. Together these teams bring a diverse set of capabilities together to create a fundamentally different talent experience that is powered by digital, data-driven, employee-centric, leading practice, and enabled from the center. This role will sit in the Business Experience team.

Previous experience that will help set you up for success in this role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, human capital consulting, or other relevant business experience
  • Proven experience as a business partner or in a similar managerial role.
  • Worked in a fast-paced matrixed environment, navigating and supporting intellectually curious executive-leaders who demand high-performance.
  • Successfully led culture and transformation programs impacting people, processes, and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to influence and drive alignment across the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Experience in talent management, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions, including exemplary excel skills
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Relevant university degree, CHRP designation or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset (Quebec based candidates:Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, English is required.)

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
