A career in Knowledge Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to play an integral part of knowledge sharing across the PwC network so that we can continually provide better service to our clients. You'll help organise and manage various sources of information as well as provide research support for internal and external clients.Our Research team supports internal leaders through research and data analytics to provide actionable insights. You'll work with our team to examine news media, litigation resources, securities violations, and other applicable sources and will summarise adverse findings for the investigating team. You'll also routinely provide procedural support to practitioners navigating PwC's client risk assessment requirements and tools.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a KYC Operations Manager , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of various KYC strategic initiatives and ensure quality of deliverables is in line with program expectations
• Oversee and improve KYC processes, drive quality and consistency ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support team leadership to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, especially during a time of change
• Support development and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, including deployment of new technologies and compliance requirements
• Ad-hoc projects determined from time to time, including the provision of general support to other KYC activities
• Being part of a large cross-functional team, and the opportunity of working with One Firm Risk leaders, engagement teams and project teams
• Contribute directly to the firm in achieving its performance goals, especially regarding growth, leading firm and quality
• Engage in a solutions-focused, cohesive and vibrant team

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Ability to collaborate and contribute as a team member, leader and subject matter expert - understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
• Experience in KYC program implementation/transformation, including KYC policies and technology implementation
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent understanding of data and able to utilize data to gain business intelligence and insights
• A focus on client service, with an ability to share and collaborate with others
• Clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities including judgment and problem-solving skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Project management skills
• A conscientious, ambitious team player, with good self-management skills
