As an Instructional Designer for the Corporate Learning and Leadership team, we are looking for someone who:

As an Instructional Designer for the Corporate Learning and Leadership team, we are looking for someone who:
- Knows how to apply Cognitive Science principles to the creation of learning assets
- Brings adult learning to life through engaging learning experiences.
- Has active listening skills and works collaboratively.
- Is a counter-intuitive thinker and enjoys reframing questions, tasks, and problems.
- Has been successful at designing innovative learning experiences for organizations and designs them by gaining consensus among many stakeholders.
- Understands inclusive design for diverse learning needs
- Has a growth mentality and an eagerness to learn and engage in innovative work
- Is proficient with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, microlearning platforms like Axonify, and Content Management Systems like Xyleme.
- Conducting needs analysis using design principles to identify and define training needs.
- Solving business problems through relevant learning assets.
- Using graphic design and multimedia software, preferably the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Animate), and Vyond.
- Is up-to date in Gen-AI, Augmented reality, virtual learning assistants, video, podcasting, and authoring tools.

- Solving business problems through designing and implementing learning experiences for our corporate audiences.
- Exploring, evaluating, and adopting new approaches to learning and learning technology.
