You'll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm's people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace. Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Human Capital Rep orting Senior Associate, you' ll wor k as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the development and delivery of firm-wide Human Capital reports sourced from various Firm's applications
• Creates and delivers scheduled reports in a consistent and timely manner by following governance processes and quality standards
• Works with requesters on ad hoc reporting requests to confirm reporting requirements, make recommendations and determine timelines for delivery
• Act as next level support for query resolution and complex data inquiries
• Creates and maintains reporting workflows and provides data for leadership dashboards
• Uses tools such as Workday, Google, Microsoft and Alteryx solutions (to deliver reporting)
• Understand the full range of Firm processes and programs available to our people and be able to report on, research ad hoc requests or escalations
• Monitors requests through the various ticketing systems and processing requests as required
• Completes numerous audits on a weekly, monthly & annual basis, utilizing Workday reports and Alteryx workflows to identify and correct data integrity issues
• Identifies additional opportunities for audit and develops new audit processes
• Participates in projects specific to Workday releases and new functional implementation

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Experience handling confidential data with discretion while adhering to internal data governance and processes when data sharing
• Acts as a Subject Matter expert, with previous reporting experience in data analytics with a strong technical aptitude, experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, advanced knowledge of Excel, Formulas, Microsoft 365, and aptitude for Alteryx Workflow creation/building
• Attention to detail, with the ability to review own work and others' work, and use of organizational skills when working with large data sets
• A passion for digital upskilling and an openness to learning new technology trends and tools
• Strong problem solving and relationship building skills to focus on customer service with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within the Firm including leadership
• Ability to perform under time constraints, deals with a large number of competing activities/tasks with changing priorities and meets deadlines
• Accountable for identifying the best source data and way data should be aggregated and presented to meet the needs of the requestor
• When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required . Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
