Position: Full Time Talent Development Coordinator, People & Culture
Site: Any Paladin Security Group Local Branch
Location: Hybrid Work Environment
Hours: Monday-Friday (0900-1700 hrs.)

Position Overview:
The Talent Development Coordinator, reporting to the National Programs Manager, will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, cascading and evaluation of talent development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills, engagement, and organizational effectiveness on a national scale. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the success of various learning and development programs, including leadership development, employee soft skills training, and change management efforts, while contributing to a positive organizational culture. The Talent Development Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful outcomes.

Job Description:
• Support the successful cascading and implementation of national talent and learning development programs
• Coordinate and track the progress of various projects related to employee soft skills development. Including attendance tracking, survey feedback and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives such jobs aids, program implementation and integration.
• Develop, curate, and deliver engaging training materials and content on a variety of topics to improve employee soft skills
• Assist in the creation of internal job aids and resources to support employees.
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure all content aligns with organizational goals and needs.
• Support the development and delivery of change management initiatives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning by assisting in the communication and engagement strategies for talent development programs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of ongoing projects, analyzing data to assess the impact and effectiveness of initiatives with the support of the National Manager.
• Track and report key metrics to ensure program goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or talent development coordination
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and HRIS systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in content creation, training delivery and change management is an asset
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is an asset
