These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.A career within the Application Evolution Services (AES/AMS) Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their Cloud Solutions investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive evolution and managed services across PwC's Cloud applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Director, Application Evolution Services, Managed services (AES/AMS) , you'll work as p art of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for providing evolution and managed services including testing as a Service as an AES/AMS Director
• Identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell (as part of a team) potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection
• Collaborating with teams (including PwC member firms) to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation using AI/ GenAI and automation tools.
• Playing an active role in discussing and developing solutions with the Alliance and the Cloud technology consulting teams
• Leading and contributing to business development activities, writing and presenting of proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing the AES/AMS practice
• Soliciting information from the clients to effectively qualify and scope opportunities
• Projecting executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives and senior partners
• Defining, monitoring and delivering on client objectives e , schedule, and budget by understanding the business goals and the client's statement of work
• Coordination with project team and sub-team activities to ensure successful on time delivery
• Providing leads with guidance and recommendations on direction, priority, resource allocation, and scheduling
• Managing all aspects of budgets and change requests
• Managing 3rd party , nearshore or offshore resources

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Have high visibility among internal leadership and client stakeholders hence prior experience in effective and regular communication, including status and project vision, to all stakeholders is a must have
• Effective communication that is critical for appreciating the nuances between technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven years of experience in large-scale complex IT project management, business transformations, and systems implementation and two years of managed services . At least five years of management experience in the tech sector
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Cloud based application solutions with hypercare or managed services.
• Demonstrated experience leading team and providing thought leadership in Operational Excellence
• Post secondary education considered an asset
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
