Job Description
The Digital Shared Services group in the National Marketing & Sales department of PwC is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented, creative and highly skilled online communications/marketing professional to fill the role of Digital Channel Manager. The Digital Shared Services group provides online/digital marketing services and solutions, with a primary focus of increasing engagement on the PwC Canada website (www.pwc.com/ca) and email campaigns sent using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Digital Chanel Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Execution of online/digital marketing strategy for respective Hot Topic, service, industry and/or segment and overall online channels
• Maintaining stakeholder relationships and relevant Hot Topic, service, industry, and segment pages on the PwC Canada Website for assigned industry channels
• Working with Hot Topic, service, industry, and segment marketing teams to support integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on measured engagement in support of business plans for assigned campaigns
• Design and activate targeted user journeys and increase engagement through Marketing Automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Extensive experience in creating web content , working in digital-focused roles , online marketing, other Web technologies and understanding of web production processes rel evant to a b 2 b environment
• Direct experience and skills in online marketing including email marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or CRM tool administration and s olid understanding of web production processes
• Experience with content management systems. (Adobe AEM a plus) and p roficient with MS Office products and Google suite of applications
• Experience in project management or at minimum, experience working with project manager(s) and a project management methodology
• Direct experience with Web metrics programs such as Adobe Analytics
• Ability to work with diverse talents, personalities, and teams and to work within extremely tight deadlines and able to m aintain a good s ense of humor , tact, and professionalism
• Knowledge of Web related coding languages such as, xHTML , JavaScript, JQuery and HTML5 an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills along with w ritten and spoken knowledge of the French language is an asset
• Minimum bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field with relevant experience
