Job Title: Billing Coordinator Finance

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia (Remote)
Department: Finance & Operations
Salary: $45,000

Our public relation firm in Vancouver is seeking a permanent Billing Coordinator Finance to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for learn and develop in a people centric, hyper organizational growth environment. The Junior Billing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the agency’s client billing cycle by ensuring that billing is completed effectively, efficiently, and accurately. The Opportunity

Updating & maintaining the ERP system with revenue related data. (Data Entry)
Managing multiple documents and ensuring data are reflected in the ERP.
Assisting the Billing Coordinators with revenue allocation through import templates.
Assisting the billing team on reporting.
Supporting the billing team with billing tasks indicated below.
- Attaching Estimate & updating docket module with information
- Drafting out prebill invoices
- Preparing hard costs reports for producer review.

Ability to handle and manage duties in a fast-paced environment while producing high quality results.
Diploma in Finance/Accounting will be considered
Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is a plus
