SAS & Analytics Platform Administrator (#61416)

About the Job:

Mindwire Systems is seeking the services of a SAS & Analytics Platform Administrator for a contract position with one of our Valued Clients.

Client Location: Toronto/Ottawa

Working Environment: Remote

Responsibilities but not limited to:
    • Provide on-going support to clients 'Analytical users.
    • Work with other Analytical Administrators to resolve any issue on the SAS environment.
    • Work with the Analytics Techniques and Tools (ATT) team to execute a training program for R, Python and Spark.
    • Manage permissions on the different analytical environments (Windows, Linux and SAS Metadata).
    • Monitor logs, create SAS, R and Python programs and scripts for automation.
    • Work with SAE project and other projects as required.
    • Participate in the implementations of different technologies to support Analytical Toolkit Modernization project (ATM).

Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAS and Analytics Platform
    • Delivering SAS 9.4 products expertise, administrative and support in a Windows server environment.
    • Experience supporting Technology Systems including configuration, patch management and optimization in a complex environment.
    • R and Python in a Linux environment.
    • AWS knowledge and/or hand-on cloud experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent, or a combination of equivalent experience and education
    • Fluency in both official languages an asset
