Agile Coach / Agile Mentor (#61205)

About the Job:
Mindwire Systems is seeking an Agile Coach / Agile Mentor to work for our valued Federal Government client.
Client Location: Ottawa,ON. (Remote)-(Part-time. Approx. 2 days a week, as needed)

Responsibilities:
    • Observe the team's Agile process: Regularly monitor the team's Agile practices
    • Have group and one-on-one mentorship meetings to discuss improvements and provide mentorship
    • Identify on-going issues, recognize and analyze recurring challenges, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies in the Agile process that may hinder the team's productivity or the project's success.
    • Purpose solutions to improve the agile process.
    • Support both the technical team and client and offers assistance to the technical team in adopting Agile methodologies and adapting to the changes.

Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Expert in Agile SCRUM
    • Experience with Azure Devops
    • Experience with project/product management (from an agile perspective)
    • Experience with SharePoint
    • Must have Security Clearance/ Enhanced Reliability
